Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AuraClipy Narrates is an online AI voice over and text to speech service. By creating an account or generating audio you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything generated under your account, and for keeping access to your email secure.

One person or organisation per account. Sharing an account so that several people draw from the same balance is allowed, but reselling access as your own service is not.

3. Characters, packs and validity

Audio is paid for in characters. One character of your script equals one character of balance, spaces and punctuation included.

Free trial characters expire 30 days after they are granted. Purchased packs and characters added by our team carry the validity shown at the time they are added — normally 30 days, sometimes a custom period.

Characters that expire are removed from your balance and cannot be restored. The expiry date for your current balance is always shown on the Text to Speech page.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate a real person without their permission, to create misleading political content, to harass anyone, or to produce material that is illegal where you live.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, without a refund of the remaining balance.

5. Your rights to the audio

Audio you generate is yours to use, including commercially — YouTube, ads, courses, audiobooks, apps and client work are all fine.

You are responsible for making sure the script you submit is one you have the right to use.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the studio online, but the service is provided as-is with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. If a generation fails, the characters it consumed are returned to your balance.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
